I'm curious as to how many clicks (miles or kms) you've got on your Vs and how they're sounding and when they started sounding not-so-new.

For me, I'm at 11500 kms, transmission (6MT) is starting to sound a little less whiny and engine still sounds like a lawnmower when its cold, but all warmed up she's got a nice hum to her.

still sounds like whining noise sometimes when its on park, but its not noise that would worry, just regular engine noise, no other abnormal noise yet, im almost up to 7k

Mine's sounding as quiet as ever. Don't know what I did to get a Versa with so few problems, but I'm not complaining!

I guess it somewhere depends on how you drive the car.

I find when I push it the next few trips the engine is noisier then usually compared to when I'm lazy and drive like a regular person.

I've got just a hair over 5,000 miles on mine, and it's as quiet or maybe quieter than day 1.

25,000 miles. Mechanicaly it sounds as good as day 1, but the driver's seat and driver's window squeak quite a bit.

11+Km = ~7,000mi.

A little shimmy on the take-off . . . but getting better gfas mileage and no other problems.

my front passangers seat squeks, the driver side window doesnt fully go down, like when it goes down i can still see the top of the window, but the other doors when the windows go down i dont see it. I also had the door assembly changed for passenger side in the front, because when I closed it, it made noise like i slammed it and it felt like there were things loose in it, but these are minor things that dont really bug me.

the TILITY is great...has that dash board pop...every VERSA at the dealer has that issue...but other than that...29 mpg in the city and last commute 43 mpg highway...pretty damn happy with that...the hwy trip was 2 adults, 1 - 11yr old and 3 compound bow cases...

The car has 12850 km's...new wheels, tires and a new 2.25 inch exhaust with performance muffler...

I've been a little heavy footed lately so when I refuel I will let you know what my mpg is?

remember to keep the shiny side up...

Cheers

Mine has 1030 miles on it since april 11th. The ride is quite, just like when I first bought it. It's a bit slow accelerating when I have the a/c on. I've noticed a high pitched rattle sound on the passenger side dashboard. It's a bit annoying and I may get it checked out soon at the dealer when I don't feel lazy.

Well i am at 92 000 kms and at 1st start she is loud. It takes about 3-5 mins to quiet down. Scares me cosidering I was hoping to keep it until 250000 kms. I can't imagine what she will sound like then..........

Probs....... don't ask.. just look at my previous posts. I think I worked out the bugs by now but it was a long process.

38,xxx milesDriven for 1 year (purchased 25.May.07 with 5 miles)built in 02/07

The only warranty-related issue I've had (actually, the only issue) is that the plastic piece on my passenger-side rear seat ripped off... the dealer is fixing it (even though I was past my 36k miles). I just need to get to them so that they can put the replacement piece on there...

I have a slight rattle from my dome light, but I think my bulb is loose and I'll need to check it. Otherwise, my fit and finish is fine and I have no dash rattles, no console rattles, no seat issues, no fuel-pump or injector issues, no gas door issues (thank God since I'm usually on the orange light when I fill the Camel)...

I currently have a torn wiper, but I don't think that counts.

I've not had any belt slip in my CVT (even with quite a few panic stops) though sometimes if my wheels spin while I'm starting off my CVT will lock at 4k rpms and max at 40mph until I can get it to ease back down. This has not caused any substantial problems and I can usually tell if it's going to happen before it actually does and have been able to compensate. (like when turning across 4 lanes of traffic when exiting the highway...)

The Camel is now averaging between 31 and 33 mpg (which makes me very happy). The Camel is slightly noisier (engine-wise) and slower when cold (not sitting-cold, but temperature cold...) but that was before fluid flushes and it could've been my coolant.
