About to purchase 2007 M45 Sport, anyone switch wood for alum interior? otr q's

Love the model but would prefer wood over alum interior. Was told can switch this though costly. Also, appears mid-year the Dolby 5.1 system was no longer option in M45 (issue with weight/mileage corportate needs?)

How is the upgraded Bose (8 speaker over standard 6 speaker) as I can't get any remaining M45's with Dolby 5.1/DVD system? Not option on auxillary input without the DVD system? Such a good deal I don't want to wait for 08's and there improved audio system.

(Looking at Black on Black with Alum m45 Sport with Tech package--will add XM).

I hate to say it, but it would proabably be cheaper to pay a little more for a car with the trim you want than to try to change it out.

If it's that great of a deal, try it out, maybe the aluminum trim will grow on you. The more I've seen Ms with the aluminum trim, the more I like it. It has a classic modern look to it.

2008 doesnt look all that good, buy the 07 it has the same power of a 08 but looks better, the 08 looks like a toy, also why are you geting sport, get the regular one, it has a better ride comfort and its wood interior.The handling isnt all that different, i drove both.
