About To Purchase 04 M45

Hey, how are you ladies (if you drive a M45 then your hot) and gents? I'm new to the forums. Hope I can get some information here, I did some lurking and read a good amount on the M45. I love the car, and I will be making a purchase within the next two weeks.

It's a 2004 M45 in Brilliant Silver, vehicle has about 46k miles on it with 60k bumper to bumper warranty and the 100k miles warranty on it. Is there an extended warranty on the 60k?

I'm getting the car for a REALLY good price, and it has a clean record and there's nothing wrong with the car.

Are there any tuning that can be done to the 04 M45? Such as transmission or engine ECU flash? Any after market intake/exhaust? And a set of coilovers or aftermarket shock/spring combo?

Are there any maintenence that needs to be done once I make the purchase?

I'll pass on the warranty question, but I can tell you that there aren't any after market parts available for this car in the US. Google "mode parfume and "junction produce" and you'll see the latest from japan. There were only a hand full of eibachs springs that were sold for this car and I believe only 2 to 3 members have them on their cars on this forum. I've yet to hear anyone flash the ecu on the M. What's the benefit of that?
