About to pull motor and transmission (need Help)

This is my first time puling a motor and transmission at the same time on a 240.( putting in a DE-T. What will I need to disconnect on the transmission to set it free. I looked in the surch tool and nothing so I was hoping sombody can walk me through it.

Hey miggs -

The electrical connections are pretty self-explanatory, just label them.

Unbolt the driveshaft from the diff, and the center carrier bearing, and slide it out of the trans (after draining the fluid if it's an automatic).

Unbolt the trans mount, unbolt the shifter assembly, disconnect the hardlines (if automatic), and you're pretty much set!

Thanks Bro.. I am new member and I love this site. NICE JOB ! What about a drift section. seems like the drifters get flamed if they post in the DE-T section. Thank You for all your help. GLAD TO BE A MEMBER!!

P.S Any menbers in Delaware? I could use some help building my car.
