okay, I am goign to get these... let me know if you hvae any suggestions or feed backs

Eibach Sportline - 180$ pick up

KYB AGX - $350 pick up

D2 Adjustable Front Camber Plates - 120$ shipped

or Rear Upper Control Arm w/ camber correction - 140$ shipped (which one should I get?)

come out to be about $800

do I need strut mounts/boots/bumpers for my setup? how many of each do I need?

can you guys tell me how the front camber plate work? do I need to dial in first before I install it? because it looks like the dial in part is invisible once it's isntalled

the rear upper control arms: Donut shaped one is for S13, other "one sided" one is for S14. You can adjust camber plates after on car, but get an alignment to put it where you want it, eg: 1°,2°. Some KYB boots would be nice to protect those new shocks, only if your stockers are torn up.

thoes rucas look kindof gangster. dont short change yourself, take your time and buy quality stuff, it sucks to buy the same part twice. If i was you and i was gonna drop 800 on suspension, i would wait another paycheck and get coils and a camber correction bolt kit, and replace it with a ruca later.

I am actually spending about 530 on the suspension itself

the rest is on camber correction item... which I still have to spend have I gone with coilovers. correction bolts won't work for me because the camber wear will easily exceed -1.5

Yeah, just get some new KYB boots. They're cheap, and if your car is high mileage, chances are that your original ones are getting a little rotten.

Looks like a good deal to me. Awesome price on the AGX's too...is this a local shop for you?

"camber correction items" = suspension. i dunno, if you are serious about your car, i would get somthing a little better. theres a reason you can find so many shock/spring combos used.

I know that it is suspension parts but they are not shocks/springs as directly porportional to coilovers as far as functions is converned.

I can spend 1000 on tein coilovers but I still have to spend another 300 on camber correction.

I am spending 530 right now on shocks/springs and the rest goes to camber correction.

if I shouldn't get those ebay ruca, where shoul I get it from? phase2 have a set and they look exactly the same short of the color. what about the front camber plate? is the d2 camber plate okay?

thanks for your inputs!

There are way too many factors to take into account with the tire size working or not. The wheel, suspension setup, alignment.... They are going to have to do a test fitment with everything set up on the car. There's no way to know 100% without access to the car, tire, and wheel.

offset will determine(as well as camber) weather or not the 225-50-16 tires will fit, I have seen plenty of people run them with no problems, make sure you hav a 7-8" wide wheel and lower than a 38mm offset(7") and lower than a 25mm(8" wheel) to run it with factory stuff..-chetGRant is right(again...it gets annoying watching him be right all the time), there is no 100% without direct access to the car...

damn I should have done my research before I bought the wheels

1991 S13 15x6 with a 40mm offset Wheels

1)can they fit:

yokohoma avs es100215/60VR15 ?225/50VR15 ?

...without any danger?

2) if they fit, do I still have the same clearance issue?

205-55-15 is an approved fitment by MAST on the stock wheels, run 32psi or higher(I ran 32/35 f/r) with a sticky tire it should be a nice upgrade :)-chet

Gant, shoot me a quote for 4 16x7.5 +22 with 4 a032R 225-50-16 (hard compound) shipped if you would sometime, sir.[email protected]

thats what I would run given the choice. cheap+light wheels don't come around often.-chet
