They should be red. Well, atleast the ones i got were. Install was pretty basic, never did springs before, coilover were a lot easier though.

Typical of companies that sell all kinds of stuff! They will be red when you get them.........and will look good under there and help you in the handling department.

Hey! Thanks. You and everybody that has supported me through this helps the Versa (if you knew all the running around I do, phone calls and emails trying to get things for us!!!) and Nico's Versa website (it cost them to keep this going for us) it helps a lot.Again, thanks for all the support from the various members on this board. And I'll keep chugging along trying to see what I can't get for us.

which price? your price or my price? I know how retail works, and mark up is unbelievable with some places. Sorry but I would rather get it cheaper than pay a higher markup.

Clipsed, last warning.

If you have an issue with vendor pricing, take it up off-board. Same rules apply here as they do in Classifieds.

When you've been in the business as long as Bob and I have, you'll understand how retail works. At 17, I doubt your understanding of the automotive aftermarket accessory business is very reliable or accurate.

Thanks.

dude relax AZ, I have no problem with vendor pricing, my only comment was that I would rather get it at the lower markup.

Age is just a number, and if you are going to insult my intelligence, I am sorry to say, but I can careless if my membership is banned, but you are bs if you are going to tell me that just because I am 17 I have no clue wtf I am talking about or know. I may not know as much about the automotive aftermarket, but I do know about car stereo equipment and components a whole hell of a lot more than anything else, and markup is outrageous on it just as most other things. The place that gives me hard competition is e-bay. But unlike MOST of the sellers on e-bay, I can offer my customers a warranty on their equipment.

Don't go around judging peoples intelligence AZ, I have never done that to you, so I would expect the same thing, especially of the person in charge of the site. I do not appreciate it coming from you especially, and if you wish to ban me because of it, please do so and do not hesitate, or mention it, just do it. If you truly think I am more of a PITA on your forums, than let me know, I will willingly cancel my own membership, because I will not be apart of a forum that has so many issues with nothing that is turned into something.

Save the self-righteous blather, and don't tell me to relax, kid.

Your posts to Bob were inappropriate. Not once, but 3x. I don't give a damn what you THINK you know.

This thread has nothing to do with "car audio", so your comments were completely irrelevant.

I never "insulted your intelligence" - You said yourself you're not very knowledgeable about the automotive aftermarket.

Read more carefully, I have no respect for half-cocked responses.

Follow the rules or take a stroll. Not negotiable. Period.

FYI to Everyone:

If you have a problem with prices, customer service, or any issues with one of our Sponsors, you need to take it up with the guy up there. Seriously. We don't like it when sponsors treat our members unfairly. We keep a close eye on our sponsors and we make sure they are treating our members right. Yes we do check on prices to make sure that the sponsors aren't ripping members off. We are not only in the business of keeping out sponsors happy, but also keeping our members happy. We've denied quite a few companies and individuals sponsorship because prices are too high or there's too many complaints about the company in other communities.

For the 9 months that I've been a member of this board, I have yet to see one complaint come across about Bob or his company. When I joined, Bob's site was the only site that you could find any parts for the V even though you couldn't find a V to buy. VersaSpeed was the only place you could buy the first version of the AEM intake before AEM scrapped the design. VersaSpeed is one of our prized sponsors. Why? Unlike some sponsors who sale a product alone, Bob's also heavy into R&D for the aftermarket. Not only does he have a product to sell you, but he's working on getting new parts developed and even trying to get parts from overseas. He and 2 other members (that I can think off the top of my head) work with the companies these products are coming from. Bob has helped generate an aftermarket market for the entire V community for members and non members. He's also helping generate support for new companies that don't have a product yet.

Clipsed: If you don't like the price, no one's forcing you to buy. If you prefer to buy from somewhere else, then that's' something you need to keep to yourself. This isn't the place to debate prices with anyone, sponsors or not. Also this isn't a place for people to have to defend and justify their prices. If you choose to go somewhere else, that's fine. Be advised that there are an excessive number reason and restrictions that play into how prices are set. And most are all not aimed at profit. A business a hell of a lot more than selling a product. Even business that appear to be steady and well off are still in battles everyday with customers, manufactures, city, state, even the feds.
