I would really like to become a part of the G family. I'm found the car but now need to decide a starting point for negotiations. The only factor I'm really lacking is what the dealer is getting comped (bonuses, rebates, numbers...). Any suggestions?

40G's huh...I'm interested to know any tricks myself. I'm in the market for a new X-over SUV.

Anyone have advice on new car prices?

Found another one with the exact same specs but it has 2300 miles on it from the dealer.

Man, take the average of both prices and call it a day. However, I have heard of Infiniti 0% interest on their cars for 36 months---I just received a pamphlet in the mail for this. If they have this rate, take it and run and don't look back. But again, what is your motivation for buying a beautiful car like the G-37? Are you really in love with this car or do you just want to be part of a Nissan/infiniti family?

Splitting those two prices is still $2000 over invoice and I've heard of many G37's beening sold at invoice or even lower right now.The car is for her and she would be buying it.

I would look at carsdirect for a starting point. It says you should get it for about $650 over invoice + doc + tax based on my calcs. I'm getting $44,960 MSRP w/dest but before doc/tax

However, I have made better deals than carsdirect.com's target.Again, a starting place.....something to take the dealer and get them to beat. They should be selling at invoice or slightly below.

Good luck!!!

Using Edmunds they suggest about $1400 over invoice including all the fees and nonsense. I haven't seen Infiniti's sales figures for November yet but even Toyota was down over 30%. The only incentives available at this time are 0% for 36 months. No cash or marketing support showing at this time. If you've got the fever and want to pull the trigger now I suggest no mor than $500 over invoice including fees. Wish I could tell you what I paid but I traded in my 03 coupe. Good Luck!
