about to get swap materials

hey i have a 1990 240sx i have a few questions.1. what parts do i need?2. what should i replace?3. i can do some electronics stuff but is it really hard to do?4. with wiriring do i plug ka stuff into the sr20 or redo the whole electronic system?k thanks 4 ur time if u can send me links for these things or show me an old post (i looked but didn't see any) id really appreciate it alot alot alot alot alot!!!!! thanks

um i would suggest you pay someone to install it because its so obvious you dont know anything. how can you go out and purchase a motor from japan for thousands of dollars and not know what parts you need?

if i get a front clip with an uncut harness turbo intercooler ecu and all the regular stuff will i need to purchase anything else? and what do u guys recommend for exhaust and or any mods or replacements i should do while its out. dont worry i shouldn't have too much trouble with the install.

get a downpipe, the clips usually dont come with one.if u get a complete clip, try to get one without hicas.u need the power steering lines and resevoir from a 91+ 240.i would get a gasket kit from http://www.srswap.comget a walbro 255 lph fuel pump-ebay $100 shippedoil, coolant, transmission fluid, ps fluid.search on this too, its been asked before. and read the http://www.srswap.com faq

If your clips ps isnt intact (dont know why) I would go with s14 ps lines. I just finished my install on a 90 and those lines fit right in an plug right in to a 91 + res. Also the harness just pull you KA harness out and feed the sr on back throught the firewall. After that you can figure out what you need to extend. Srswap has all the info though.

if i get a complete front clip inc harness ecu will i still need a power steering from a 91 or i could use the one from the clip. also on the srswap page u just bring the sr harness and match up some wires is that really all i need to do?

like i said, u need the 91+ lines for fitment reasons, and there are a few wires by the battery-2 plugs, that need to be rewired, and the handful by the ecu. this might help too
