Heck,I am running a KA24de in my car with a esc supercharger.Only aftermarket is chip, exhaust, intake, cold air kit,and headers. The supercharger gives me 354 hp at the wheels.Better then any turbo kit.And it has no parasitic power loss ofr wind up and no lag.Just instant power .It only set me back $2500 total for the whole thing. The supercharger runs off of 4 batteries in the trunk.check out the site for them

yet another one who chuckles at the sight of 354. Explain why its funny. I also read that altimas.net thread too and people there were kinda hating. I dont see whats the problem, this guy got pretty good amout of hp with another type of forced induction than the usual turbo setup. Maybe im just slow, oh well.

Yeah I'm skeptical about the 300+hp, since I would imagine they would want to post your dyno sheet on their page. But instead they have dyno sheets showing hp in the 230ish area.

hehe....me? thats crazy. I never said that I believed the guy, but im not so quick as to laugh at his setup either. I cant possibly believe him till i see proof, yet he has given me no reason to laugh and call it bs. Just figured i would give ya the heads up. I just wanna give him the benefit of the doubt instead of just judging him.....for all i know, it may be possible.

It is probably the unusual way of powering the supercharger that irritates people the most. If you are going to run an Eaton-style supercharger, just run it off the engine. The added problems of a high-power charging system are not a benefit here. If you are going to supercharge, then do like the manufacturers do... use a belt.

Also, 350+ HP from this device alone is rather unlikely. Ok VERY unlikely, which is why we ridicule unsubstantiated numbers. That power level is pretty much equivalent to a 20 PSI system, yet they don't mention intercooling or any of the other myriad things that go with boost at that level.

I am in KC, home of procharger, and I would like to influence these guys to build a kit. If anyone else is in, please visit the following website, and let them know what you want:http://www.procharger.com/suggest.shtml

Well, somebody needs one for the 240, and they just happen to be local to me, I have two cars, and so I would be able to let mine spend some down time for a few months in order to satisfy the desires of (myself, of course) and those out there who want the same thing. But if we prefer to be smart asses, then your freedom to do so should end somewhere right before my nose, huh, partner?
