About Shifting faster in 240SX FAQs

In the 240SX.org FAQ's i saw the link for shifting faster with auto. I saw that you can just unplug this one thing and it'll give you the feel of a manual when shifting. I was just wondering if this has any bad effects when this is done.

i did it for a little while and it didnt hurt anything but i hear its not good....it does feel different if i were you i would just try it out but not leave it like that for any amount of time
