My A/C button is stuck in? Is this normal?

Also the heat and cold doesn't get good until 2500rpms+++

Anyone else have these problems?

when i flip defrost on, the a/c doesn't kick in(feet, head, feet/head works with a/c or heat) but i've never seen heat use a/c?

lol my first was a 91' NX1600 with no a/c from alaska, amazingly $1800 dollars with 65k and rare 4speed transmission , 157k and missing first gear, wonder why transmission was rare...... so i have no clue how a/c works. they say 96 and all newer models have a/c button stuck in

can i take the a/c out and still have hot air during winter?

You could take the compressor and A/C lines out and the heater would still work I think.

Yea your heater would still work, they are two separate systems.
