able to get in 1st 2nd and 3rd gear while rolling 10mph?

I dont know is this part of my 'laggy' car problem but I was just thinking was my clutch going out (catch point is pretty high) only owned it for 1 year, barely 5000 miles of driving on the clutch. Its a centerforce stage 2 for a ka so i'm thinking thats my problem of lagginness(basicly car seems forever to go through the revs). But maybe that could relate to me being able to put it in gear?

so what about 1st 2nd and 3rd at 10mph? i can get it to go into all three but 1st sometimes takes a little shoulder muscle.
