the car won't to idle but it revs perfectly. I checked all the vacuum and turbo lines and everything is fine, along with the wiring and MAF. I took out the ACC along with the FICD and sprayed it down with carb cleaner. My question is do you have to spray some moving parts with lube? If so, which parts are those.

nothing particulary needs to be lubed, it could be the solenoid is bad.. I think the FSM might have a check procedure for that ? (probably just a check for resistance value)

I assume you made sure it was as gunk free as you could make it? Have you tried adjusting the idle screw on the AAC/IACV assembly? If you've got it adjusted all the way to nothing then the ECU'll be trying to go full high idle and still not be letting enough air through to do any good.
