My idle is high(1500rpm on start and 1000rpm warmed up) and I was told to clean my aac or iacv. Can I just use sea foam to clean them on the motor or do I have to remove them from the motor?

Remove them, I never used any seafoam before, I thinks its more of a cutting corners type of deal, which I never do on my priceless cars!

really I like seafoam b/c it WORKS. So you would rather remove your intake maifold,or whatever part attatched to it, and then buy gaskets for the pieces you took off, instead of using some seafoam in a vac line. It works good, My 180xxx mile intake manifold were ubber clean. Although the iacv was a bit dirty ,it worked till I removed it.

You can remove the hose going to your idle control unit off the air intake tube..And spray alot of throttle body cleaner up in there..With the car on or off..That works and is easy to do..But might not fix your high idle..Have you tryed adjusting it yet?? On the throttle body or the idle control screw?

Well if it works this good, I would try it yes!

I just figure it was something that would end up biting you in the *** later down the road...

I haven't tried adjusting the idle screw yet. It's hard to see the idle screw with the abs crap in the way, do you have a picture it?
