A31 crossmember

Just wondering how much the A31 crossmember is and where I can find one.

Why is an A31 crossmember wanted? I though the R33 worked form the clip or our we talking about somthing else?

I think its too wide, Many parts from a S-13 and an A-31 are almost the same.

well I know for a fact that the R32 crossmember bolts in, I have not found an A31 crossmember yet to check whether it is in fact different. As soon as I find one I will try it as I don't want to hack the hood if I don't have to.

Check with the Guys with the R32 crossmember and I think the engine sit high enough to hit the hood, they trim to fit???????

I'd like to go but.....I'm just driving a Miata nowadays....no more Skyline. I'd be a little embaressed. Its completely stock....I guess I could saw off the muffler today...8)

Would the A31 Crossmember be a good choice with the RB26? would it let it sit lower and alieve any hood clearence problems?

I dont think it will save you from having to cut the hood, I am going to hunt one down and look at it and sit it next to the MAD DR's r32 and see whats up.
