A31 Cefiro RB20det vs. R32 Skyline RB20det

I have a silver top motor and the motor tag says hcr32 on it.

very strange projectrb20240sx every r32 I have seen early and late model that has the factory motor has a green afm . which tag are you looking at the one on the fire wall of the cut? if so could you take a pic of it and post it.cheers

Interesting...so you're saying I have better cams, but will make less power due to tuning in stock form?

Oh well, glad I have an emulator and will be making my own eproms..

BTW- I redrilled my xmember to move things back 3/4" more, and that was a BAD idea, because I have to redo everything tonight because I gotta pull the engine and put it back in the stock holes. That way the transmission won't hit everything on the firewall, and the transmission mounts will line right up....ugh!

One more thing, my motor (which is apparently an A31 item) doesnt have the BOV flange on the over-the-cam cover pipe. In fact, Im not sure if it came with a BOV at all. Anyone else not have the BOV in the usual spot?

skillzilla: the cefiro and laurels rb20det's didnt come with stock bov's. me and all my friends dont even run bov's and have switched to the pipe without the stock bov.

one thing i noticed is that nobody is posting that they have the old rb20det out of the cefiro. hey meggala u know what i am talkin about? u can tell the zenki rb20 not the red top from the r31 but the one with the square maf connector, and also the square ignitor pack connectors. seems like nobody has run across those.
