A/T shifting problem

I have a 03 Altima 3.5 liter 6 cyl speedometer top speed is 260 km i enjoyed my altima very much but few days back i got a problem in it my car does'nt shift from 2nd to 3rd and so on and speed dont go beyond 120 km on this speed engine noise is so horrible plz if any body know abt this prob then plz help me to fix this problem thanx.
