So a friend of mine (joel aka gsr778 on NICO who has helped me out a lot with my car) said he likes this shop and they could get me one for a good price.
We called, yes they could get me a Kaaz, but only in 3 weeks and for $1150 installed (for $200 install fee).
Not a bad price I thought, and I had him on the way home drop off $$ to buy it.
But 10 minutes later I am thinking : "Oh no this is crazy! Here I am buying something and I am not buying it from a NICO sponsor!!"..:bash
So next morning, got money back from the guy, (he hadn't ordered yet) and promised to do the install with him (prob pay an extra 50 or so I guess cuz didnt buy part from him).
But he was cool with it and I explained the thing with the sponsors and that he is still getting some mechanical bisness from me.
We have a good relationship with this shop as I got a bunch smaller itmes installed/bought, there before.
Afterwards I went ahead and order this nismo LSD from our newest sponsor : http://optionimports.com/clfllsd.html
Less money, even if you add up the install and I can get it in 10 days instead of 3 weeks!
So I was able to go with a NICO sponsor, saved money <and> got faster delivery!!! :fruit
There is a lesson for all of us in here..
