its 3:00 am so this will be quick. made 349.2rwhp at 6000 rpm at 18 psi and its still stupid rich.

i also had a boost spike, due to stupidity and hit 426.9 at 24 psi and way lean.

lots more to screw with and i will post some printouts of some runs when i get a chance (ancient computer that runs the dyno is being jewish)

woohoo for me

What are you using for fuel management?

rev it to 7 and you'll see 400.def impressive man but time for bigger injectors the 440's are not going to support fuel flow at those numbers, hell at 349whp thats about 400 at the crank which places you WELL above the 80% duty cycle of the injector.upgrade.

nice... i made 404 rwhp on 550ccs and they were 93-95% duty cycle. i was pretty surprised, which leads me to believe that over 400 you need to upgrade the fuel system (rail/fuel lines/maybe dual pump), not just the injector size...

std rail is capable of big power but its only as good as the supply, that being said a proper pump and good injectors are needed.

Might be stock cams so the power wouldn't make it up that far.

as a thought you might want to chip the ecu for the injectors and perhaps a larger maf (yes i know you are using map ecu...).that way the map ecu is doing less 'correction' and wil provide a more accurate tune.just a thought.

yeah your right, the tune will be dead on, we just ran out of time and beer.i used a base map for a 550 cc supra with a gt32r. we rescaled it and went from there.i have been looking into remapping the factory ecu. will the bikirom work with a rb20

can't think of much other than whats in the sig. besides some defi junk, boost controller, waste gate, bov, and a heavy right foot.

its a dynojet if that matters to you

bikirom is supposed to work with the rb eprom style ecu but lucas hasnt really implemented it...a chip should work for you for the most part...

Nice numbers!

Are you running the stock exhaust manifold? Was it a tight fit with the GT30R turbo?

stock mani and i fabbed up a spacer for the waste gate. and yes it is a tight fit. i have to jack the motor off of its mount in order to remove the turbo. due to poor planning of stud vs bolt placement in the spacer and manifold.

Thats very impressive for only a few bolt on mods! The motor is internally stock other than the aftermarket HG and studs correct?

Lets see a dyno graph!

yes its internally stocki will post when i am finished tuning . i work at the shop where i am tuning, and it is not everyday that i am allowed to stay after and tune for free. i will live with 18 psi and 349 for a week or two. and then i will tune for my high boost, which i think will be 20 or 21. where ever i can't add enough fuel. i expect to be close to 400. for how long is to be determined. when it goes its time for a 2j.i don't expect to hit 425 again, it was way lean and my injectors probably won't come close to supporting it.

It would be really nice to see you stick with the rb20, but understandable to upgrade when you pop the motor.

What i dont understand is why you wouldnt upgrade to an rb26 instead of 2j... 2j is amazing I know this, but simplicity would favor the 26, as well as cost, and seriously, are you going to use the 1000 HP stock block potenial of either motor? RB for life mang!

your injectors are already at limit, dont go higher unless you upgrade.
