OK guys, I know there are lots of threads about tires here, I have a simple yes/no question:

Will 225/60/17's fit on the 04 sedan w/o rubbing? YES NO

Do you know this from fact or are you making your answer up? Fact Fiction

It would fit, but its too tall compared to oem specs. It is 4.75% too slow. It is not recommended to go above a 3% difference. So I say don't waste your time.

On the G35 the connuter valve has been integrated into the fozzups cluster bus bar. They no longer use the bi-lateral ones, instead, they now come in lefts and rights.

They come in light blue for 2007 up.

I thought the connuter valve was connected to the Amphenol Alden PL-700 Series with the Pulse-Lok, which is designed to have auto-latch mating action which confirms that connector pairs are fully engaged between tire rotational force and rear differential ratios. The connuter valve, of course, offers convenience and functionality of a standard RJ-45 connector, which also features multiple termination options, positive confirmation of engagement and 1-to 7-pole configurations for optimal centrifugal force when tire rotation exceeds 760 revolutions per mile.

In Spanish we would call you guys "pendejos" which speaks to your raw brilliance!

The light blue ones, especially the ones for the 07, have fiber optic EC series cables that are either single or multi-mode assemblies. Since the 04 ones meet TIA/EIA and IEC intermateablity standards, have a temperature range of -20°C to +75°C, and are 100% optically tested, will they not work just as well as the 07 ones? "Pendejo!"

I have a set of connuter valves for I'd let go for cheap. These are the Px-1493 designation instead of the more common Px-1393's. They use Fiber-lock plugs instead of the generic RJ-45's and resist corrosion far better.

How much? The Px-1493's are not as efficient as the The Metri-Pack connectors which are ideal for sealed and unsealed applications. The systems which utilizes internationally standardized male blade sizes allowing for flexibility in design were not introduced until 2006, the 1493's may be dated.

So now that a few of you have had your fun with the new girl, any other bright ideas or should we keep playing the "who's more pendejo," game? Keep in mind that in law school we learned to play with the big boys too and in federal court we, as women, have to be 2-3 times more competent than a male attorney to get any respect. Papa didn't raise no fool!

OK-- so they'll rub.

That's all I needed to know really. The beer- yo no tomo cerveza!

No need to fear my threads guys, I'm actually quite small (5'4, 116lbs), fairly harmless. quick and even funny at times, do like to toss out a light insult or poke on occasion, can take a very good punch and deliver one pretty well if need be.

I wanted to know if 245 40 18's will fit on my 08 G XS (225 50 18). I was told that if the wheel is 8 inches wide , no problem.

I am being serious here, "gentlemen".

245-40-18's will absolutely fit a G with no issues.

Sorry, but anything attached via RJ45 stands no chance against fibre channel

Us older people have nothing to do but play childish games.

Your question was answered. 60-series will fit and with them your speedometer will be off and your car will have worse cornering capabilities. As a positive, you will have more cushion when hitting pot holes .

Whoa, I'm gonna be much more careful around you IC. However, I'm patient and persistent.

In Peru´s slang, pendejo describes a smart guy with few or no scruples.

(btw, you passed, welcome to NICO)

I might suggest you step up to the real test...located here...and see how much better you do than we did.

In MX, and the southwest, pendejo means idiot.... I see we have a linguistic misunderstanding and I stand corrected (although I see myself as having scruples and integrity--- not all of us are slimey)-- mia culpa, mia culpa! bowdown

Nothing like being de-badged (or is that emasculated) so soon. Like I said, I'm harmless!
