a shaking problem after my swap...please help

Information on the naturally-aspirated KA24E and KA24DE engines.

i did a KA dual cams swap on my 240 now it shakes alot i wanna know if any one knows what this could be about...please help.....

shakes with no power? you have a misfire. look at fuel injectors and check if you are getting spark to all spark plugs.

well i tried and the funny thing is that the motor was working fine with my other car...so i really dont have an idea of what it could be.....

i havent driven it cus i dont want to mess it up even more you know what i mean.... but it starts ok but when it starts warming up its when starts shaking alot...

Recheck your order on your plugs, you might have put them in wrong order. If its right I would do a compression test.

Also do you have a hard time starting it when its hot

i have a hard time starting it even when its cold... but when it does it runs nice but than all the shaking starts... also i didnt move the order in the plugs... but many said it might be timing?

i dont have any guesses to your problem.. but i do have a suggestion on how you might be able to fix it, take a minute to sit down and make a list of every step you took when swapping the engines.. make a list.. and recheck them all.. if that doesnt work, then post a vid. or have someone you know look at it.
