1991 stock hatchauto

So Friday before Christmas break starts, I get in my car to go to school. Start it up and go to back out, realize I have no brakes. Shut if off and left it for the day. Come back home and drive it into the garage to check my brake lines real quick and they look good. Go to start the car and nothing, nothing at all.

Later down the road i wired in a push button start with no relay, just had things hardwired and no accessories for a bit. Every time I tried to wire in the relay and start the car, it wouldn't do anything. No cranking, nothing. Back to the push button and waiting for the ECU to reset multiple times. It wouldn't start until I pull the starter off and put it back on. Odd. I ended up getting a new starter and the push button would still f' up. Got around to a whole new ignition switch and car worked great for two days. Went out on a Sunday to go to work and same thing as before. Starter wouldn't do a damn thing. Replaced it again and now the starter turns the engine great but now I have no fuel. I don't hear the fuel pump come on at all. Also, when the key is turned the "ON" position, something hums constantly. I can only assume it's the starter because it's coming from the firewall, under the hood, on the passenger side.

Pretty s***ty last month with all these problems. So. Anyone have a clue on why the starter is humming, and how I can check my fuel pump? The pump fuse is good and the "EGI" and "EGI PUMP" relays I believe are good, but just in case I switched them with some spares that work.

Any help would be appreciated, as I'm at a hell of a loss with all these problems.

Thanks NICO
