sorry that was just too good.

Looks like you can get yourself a new upper rad support and swap it in (along with everything else in front as far as brackets go), then re-skin the front and be good.

I tagged a guy that stopped dead in a traffic lane at an off ramp. I moved only about 10 feet from a stop and avoided most of the impact but my right side looked just like his...I was maybe at 20mph. I was amazed at how much damage from such a slow hit.

I have a bunch of hardware coming as the bodyshop threw out all my original fasteners/bolts and the bumper cover is not even (I can see missing stuff)....

At least they got the paint right. I don't want them to touch my car anymore.

Thanks for the words guy.

As for parts off of it, it is in the shop. I'm not going to screw with it, just having them pay for it to be redone.

Car will be clean again and for sale sometime this summer.

She was a cutie, I didn't flip. I tried to make her feel better

I've had it for a few years. I want something different.

I love BMW's so maybe get an e36 M3. Just something to hardpark while at school. haha. Nah, I want a weekend trackable car but still look clean.

I don't think your car was low enoug jk, would be nice if that would solve these problems.Take it as a blessing in disguise. Looks like no bad core damage so you could be in for some insurance treats!

Her parents are paying out of pocket for it.

I'm not going to be a d!ck, just send the full bill for the fixes.

Too afraid of the bad karma right now. Haha.

word i jus bought an e30 its an 86 325e 4dr 5speed with 136k. The paint is clean no dents at all and runs well, it jus needs a fan clutch bc the temp starts to rise after it sit at idle for a while..no big deal tho. I got it for $500 super steal..sry to see your kouki smashed.. good luck thooo!!

just to let you know, finding an e36 in non s***ted on condition is impossible. If it is over 100k and not rebuilt you can bet itll burn oil like a mother f***er. Dopn't forget the stealership will rob you, especially if you dont do the work yourself. I tried finding an e36 with a blown engine and wehen i finally did, the guy got too attached to the car to sell it. I gave up and bought my zenki. I sacraficed my soul and sense of adult style that day. I may never get another good job if im seen driving a 240 over an m3. Not to mention my girl killed me for not getting a bimmer... f***en women. Lifted trucks and bimmers.

OH, and if you like to clutch kick like me, be very careful, because e36 csc are plastic and love to break. I broke my friends, and my boss charged him like 300 to replace it.

Why was she in reverse at an intersection?

How close were you behind her?

Did her reverse lights not work?

I see people all the time start to reverse at a light...they overshoot the line and back up or just freaking move to reverse for whatever reason...then they try to jump the light....

Unfortunately they don't react fast enough...

You could be a good five feet and you will still get pounded sometimes.

No where to really go if someone a$$ throws it in reverse on you. Chances are your only option is to back into the guy behind you.

i used to have a s13 vert with a manual transmission... the reverse light sensor in the transmission was f***d up though so I just wired the lights up to a toggle switch mounted next to the shifter.

I used to get a kick out of flicking them on at stop lights when I'd be next to one of my friends. wait for someone to be behind me... back up a tiny bit, and then put it back in 1st, but leave the lights on so the people behind would think im still in reverse... look over to my friend and act like im instigating a race... then rev the car up and hold it there like imma lauch... light turns green, i'd go, and watching the peoples face in teh rearview was always priceless as they'd expect me to come launching backwards into them... and suddenly im going forward.

good times... sometimes id just flick em on when people were tailgating me and i was driving.
