Steel friggin' Battalion is back!

Given the development hell that the Battletech/Mechwarrior reboot (unofficailly called Mechwarrior 5) currently resides in this might be my only chance to play a mech game for a while. I was even so desperate a while ago I even played Chromhounds. *shudder*

Yeah...except it's not really steel battalion. How you condense hundreds of buttons into body movements is beyond me. The whole fun of the original was that massive controller. This one will even let you continue if you fail to save before your mech blows up *gasp*.
As for the trailer...I haven't seen more shades of gray since I hit my head and went colorblind.
And ww2 era infantry fighting alongside mecha? That doesn't make any f*** sense.
