well, put a new KA motor and a 5spd transmission into my car, (thank you Jon you've been a great help and friend)car runs fine....cept for a Power Steering line, but whatever, that can be replaced
the REAL problem is that my key is stuck in the ignition, it does not want to get out of there, what could be the reason for it?let me know, thanks.

if a pin is jammed, how should I get it out? locksmith eh? hmm....
a locksmith may be able to help, i was just saying that jiggling may be able to get it loose, if you look at the key thing on howstuffworks.com, you can see how many small parts those things have. move they key in and out, up and down, push and pull on it, just move it all around and see were that gets you, if nowere, then take it to a locksmith or a mechanic

my 240 has the same issue. i took the clamshell off of the steering column and found that the black button will pressin if i raise the little sticking out thingy on the lock cyl. i dont know why it sticks out or why i have to raise it. i guess i could find out but i am busy rebuilding the engine. try fiddling with stuff with the clamshell off.
