I'm ordering my Megan suspension parts to finish up the majority of my suspension build and I ran into a couple questions/concerns. I'm trying to get this last minute info before I order tomorrow/tonight.

Right now I'm looking at getting:

Rear Lower Toe ArmsRUCAsTie Rod endsRack endsRear reinforced Rear Stab. link kitRear Lower Support BarReinforced Front Stab. Link KitRear Lower Traction Rods Front Pillow Tension Rods

These will all be Megan and ordered at the same time (tomorrow after work). Is there anything else that I might be missing for this build? Or is there anything that is excessive?

Thanks

Will this be a daily/street car or a track slut? You might want to consider new bushings for the rear hubs. I found p#7.3115 for energy susp. for the s13.

Not a daily driver. Mostly a weekend fun car, and I plan on taking it to the track. It's mostly a fun car. Since I already did a SR swap I don't like driving it too much in the rain/snow. It's fun, but well, I'm going to get into trouble if it's my daily driver.

Where did you order this from and how much did it end up costing you? I'm looking into doing a whole suspension upgrade and looking for a decent price.

The Megan track coils I already ordered cost about $915 with tax..

The stuff below, I believe will be about $650 or so plus a little more with tax. I'm ordering through a local shop that is sponsored by Megan.

you really don't need all that stuff

personally I think all you need is the coil overs, ruca and the front tension rods

915 + 650 right? that is 1565

stance coilovers 1200 + spl tension rods will run you between 350 I believe

Well, I decided to go the megan route because not only does it have a 1 year warranty through them, but the shop/guy I'm going through has his own warranty on it too.

Besides, I'm almost 100% that all the suspension parts on the car (minus the current coils/struts) have about 200k miles on them. Does it hurt to replace them? When I get in this car, I like to drive it hard. It's not a daily driver, and there are days where I don't even start it up.

if you really push those parts youll have problems with them, id really not like to have to test out the warranty when its my *** on the line...not much peace of mind after a few pics ive seen of broken megan multilink

if youve already ordered the coilovers ok, but for the multilink go the SPL route, it costs more but in the end its worth it

I'm working on finishing my suspension too so I'm with you on that point. Our cars are 13+ years old and have suspension parts with many many miles on them and whether their still in fair to good condition or not...I still wanted to replace them all whether it was with OEM or name brand aftermarket parts. From my front to my rear suspension I have OEM, Megan Racing and Nismo. I just wanted to retire those old pieces and get some fresh parts. Good luck and post pics.
