I have 2 kiddos - one is 4 and one is 2. Its super easy to get them both in and out of the car - everyone just comes through the driver's side door. It might be a bit interesting once your child moves from the little infant seats (I call it a bucket) to a rear-facing car seat but once the kiddo is facing forward it will be nice and easy.
What I would do, and this is just based on my experience with the coupe and car seats, is once the child is in the rear facing seat that isn't the little bucket take the child out from the opposite side. So if the baby is behind the passenger seat then crawl into the back seat on the driver's side and take the wee one out. Does that make sense? I know this is getting wordy but I just wanted to offer my 'expertise' on the topic. LOL
