thats funny cause enthalpy can do over 180 with no problems
second question:
why is it you have a whole crap load of pics of your engine bay, engine, wiring, etc, but ive seen no pictures of a transmission or driveshaft. just curious during what part of the install the camera died.
and videos??
1, you're new here so I'll try and be nice (not good at that usually) my car has been up and running since early January. It has been through 2 TH350's and 2 TH700R4's. It has also destroyed 1 driveshaft which was replaced by a custom CF driveshaft. My car has been in 3 shows (driven to them mind you) here in Houston in the last month. Jspek.com's JDM show, Hot Import Nights, and Texas Showdown.
2, I can't get to my top speed because the front starts to lift. My car IS NOT LOWERED. I DO NOT have anything putting me closer to the ground than a stock 240. Don't believe me, let's go for a ride and see when you wet yourself. About 165 the steering begins to flake in and out. At 170 the bumps in the road are hit so fast that the front end stops coming back down, and floats at max suspension. Faster than that I don't know because I'm not willing to push it there other than on the track. Houston roads are terrible. They need patches and leveling everywhere. Go on one of the supra forums and ask them what Houston roads are like when they come in to do top speed runs. Very few of them will tell you that they are willing to do it over 150 here because of the roads.
If you doubt my car running, I'll set out whatever piece of s*** you've got built 10 lengths for $10,000. Now, either step up, or shut up.
