I don't see you as being an *** for trying to satisfy your curiosity. Mine runs just fine! I actually have to make a drive from Georgia to Miami, Fla. with it tomorrow afternoon after I graduate.

hey moron, why don't you spell check your subject line before posting!

mines running, but not well enough to drive, it needs some tuning before i can get it on the road. i am going to try and finish up my chassis harness this weekend and so its street legal again and then we can street tune with out boost then put her on the rollers for boost tuning.

Don'y be a jerk.

I run boost daily. No problems whatsoever. Boost is not what is unreliable. It is the tuning of that boost that causes problems. I drive for at least 1 1/2s each day and I drive it like I stole it.

well, i just got my CA running last sunday... it seems to run and drive perfectly...

it's not currently drivable though, due to the fact that my heater core blew up, and the entire inside of the car is in shambles...

but it was fine before i took the inside apart!

Mine runs fine, only problems I've had lately have had to do with other parts breaking.. i.e. my cheap Chinese knock-off exhaust snapping all it's hangers..

so last night we are at the shop at like 2am getting ready to back his car out after changing the oil and he went to start the car and the starter just spun, he tried it a few more times and still just spun, i had to laugh and thought about this thread... turns out he lost the top starter bolt and the bottom one came loose and the starter was falling out. nothing like a Ca motor...

Easy guy, technically speaking (regarding spell checking) your S/N in correct grammar should have been "Not_an_sr" (yes that "n" makes a difference). By the way, in the south "ya'll" is an accepted contraction of "you all" therefore does not necessarily flag someone as a "redneck".

mine runs fine, except for the timing being 25 deg advanced because of messed up cam spline/cam sensor/not really sure

so i dont really give it more than 50% throttle because it will ping/knock

Runnin strong for me since 97. over 100000 miles on the odometer and on it's third timing belt. I mean I have put two new ones on it as maintenance not because they broke. I keep waiting for all these terrible things to happen to my CA but I don't think my engine cares what the internet says.
