A question for those with kouki conversion

ok so i am converting the front end of my s14 to a kouki, however i am running into a little problem. first the zenki retainer wont allow the kouki headlights and the bumper to fit. so i had to buy a retainer from a kouki $104 at the dealer. now the kouki retainer wont fit over the zenki bumper support and hits these little column things holding the radiator support. seemingly the column things are different between the 2 model or i have the wrong part. what do i need to do to make everything fit ?? your help is greatly apprecited.

you need the kouki bumper support for the conversion to work.....but on a different note do you still have the stock hood, what kind of condition is it in..
