Ok, I'm getting info for a friend. He has a KADE now, but will be getting a CA swap soon. Is it possible to get a KA clutch now and then when he gets his swap put it in the CA? Or get a CA clutch and put in the KA temporarily. Either way, he needs his car up and running but doesn't want to spend the money for two clutches when we have both heard/read about people using other clutches. Any info will be appreciated.. Thanks

BTW, it won't be OEM, it will be something like I got, 6-puck unsprung street disk

The pin is press fit into the flywheel. It can usually be removed with a pair of vice-grips.

IDK about using a CA clutch on a KA, but I would assume it would work with the same modification, and then when you were ready to put it on the CA, it would fit perfectly.

I've got a SPEC that I'm happy with. Bolts right up to the CA w/o any mods.

Ok, I will let him know. But yea, he doesn't want to put any more money into that motor then he has to. He just finished the suspesion on the car and has great brakes. Rims are 9 in front and 10 in back so hes good there. All the car needs is actual power. He has found a clutch so I will help him with the mod so it will work and post back....Thanks guys!

Ok, so he went to pick up a gently used clutch so we will see how it goes in a couple days when we have time to put it in.

They have 5 stages IIRC, Enjuku carries them. I think the prices range from $300-$500. I've got the Stage 3 and it's great for daily, it never slips, and the pedal feel is very light.
