I have a 89 240sc and for 2 weeks now my car wont start until like 2 or 3 in the afternoon i have a new battery and spark plugs what could it be!?

What are the symptoms? Is the car hot (ran recently) or not when the problem happens? Does it make any sounds? Nobody on here can give you any suggestions/ advice if we have literally no idea what is happening. Welcome to Nicoclub, though!

There is nothing wrong with the way it runs or anything its runs perfectly fine. So no matter what im come out the morning try to start its starts to turn over but it just wont kick over all the way and i was thinks it has some cold start problem but i live in california so it doesnt get that cold in the at night or eary morning . So from about 1 to 2 oclock in the afternoon i have no problem starting even i i let it sit all day and start it up at like 6 in the evening it starts up with no problem at all it does have 214miles recently had oli change battery month old spark plugs about 2 years old . I knw it sound strange but this is exactly what i gotta deal with every morning and its driving me crazy somebody with some good logical thought or suggestions please let me know thanks.

When the problem is happening, does it crank fast but not fire up? Or does it crank slow like a dead battery? Or does it just "click" and not even crank over?

Its the new parental control system. Theres a timer on the fuel pump. Theres a write up on how to bust open a dvr cable box and make this system remote controlled. Type in the pbs or Nickelodeon channel numbers to deactivate the system. Type in hbo to reactive it. Just remove your dash clock fuse I think its the same one as your dome light and door chime and the system shuts down from the clock being off. BOOM PROBLEM SOLVED.

What leads up to this? When did it start happening? What happened before this if anything? Have you trouble shot anything? Are you usually out late? Have you tried not driving your car the night before and try starting it earlier. Is the 1oclock time eastern standard time? Or central? sorry man that was the last time. Maybe..

What have you tested have you tried a different routine? Like said above does it just click or act like a dead battery until 1 o'clock EST?
