I'm sitting here shipping out boxes to the same freakin company every day(lockheed martin) i hate them.. thet act like they are special.. we have to barcode them a certain way so they can recieve them in...and if not we get a scar.. how pathetic... But if it wasn't for them i wouldn't have my job and my nice bonuses every month.. its boring and its a routine..

A scar eh? Would that mean Supplier Corrective Action Request? That's what we call them here at my company.

Lockheed is one of our clients (we do employee benefits), I see we see salaries. The janitors there make more than me, I'd be happy to work for them. Unless it was the plant that 5 ppl got shot at.

i was never bored at my job until it got about 10:00 cuz that when the people would stop coeming in. sometimes it would slack of at about 8:30. and i would work until 11 but hey i had pople that i could just sit there and mess around with nad like a bunch of idoits. but i don't have that job nomore. so i juts go in there and bother them. i might gte another one soon depending on how things go with school!!

I have been here at work for an hour and half now, since 7 and I am sick of working. I need a long break. Maybe I will head out early and go golfing. Yeah, I think that's what I'll do. I am sure I can grab a few people from around here. Attorneys always love to go golfing, especially when they should be working. Ha ha.

I'm staring at a computer waiting on a unix machine to die and maybe just maybe I can get outta the office to fix it. I was on nico so much during the day they blocked the site here at work, then I stole my friend's AOHELL account and was able to by pass our firewall and now that I can use nicoclub.com its unblocked again. :ylsuper

OMG, I have been bate-stamping confidential documents since 8am. For those of you who don't know what "bate-stamping" is, it's the damn stamp that stamps things in sequential order. Right now I'm stamping page 120,987. Aargh!!

I really feel your pain there. I was working on a patent litigation last year and I had to bate stamp all of the discovery. Which for this particular litigation was about 850,000 pages, give or take a few hundred. It was pure hell for an entire week. I did get some pretty nice overtime for it though.

Ouch, twice for protective orders? wow that is bad. I had days where I would have to go out after work and just drink everything I could find to keep me from killing myslef. It works, I highly suggest you try it. Nothing cures the ills of legal work more than alcohol. Maybe that's why attorneys have the second highest rate of alcoholism.

I work in a midsize firm as an IP paralegal, but I still get stuck with some bad jobs every once in a while. My secretary seems to think that she doesn't have to do it for whatever reason.

well, not really having a job helps me surf nico all day. but, its off to WE FEST on thrusday, then teh Pyrothchnicians Guild International convention the following week. My GF is in the PGI. her mom and her make fireworks. almost as cool as a girl into cars! lol!

when I do work, i cannot partake in NICO. I deliver pizzas, yeah its rough being paid like, $16 an hour to drive my car, beat the hell outta it and listen to the radio all night. Tips rock. but, damn i need to finish college. dont want to sling 'za for the rest of me life.

my main source of income right now is buying and fixing and then selling cars. Anyone wanna buy a 1988 Saab 900 turbo? lol great shape, newer engine and Elite rims!

anyway, though I would contribute so the thread would not die.

Its been hell.. and along with that i'm shipping out boxes.. and knowing that I have class tonite isn't a big help after i get off from work putting in 9 and half hrs today.. Life sucks.. 240's rock

life does indeed suck sometimes. stuck behind a desk all day. such will be my fate in a few years, off to engineering school! 240's do rock! as soon as i sell this rotten saab, I'll have enough money to finish my CA18DET and a few other projects! then on to my other 240, Z that is. thats my REAL baby. nothing quite like the torque of the good olf L series motors. especially in the 3.0L stroker variant!
