Welcome to NICO!!! A lexus fan eh?? Them are fightin' words around here!!! :dblthumb:

I would spend some time reading the previous posts. Most important thing is the condition of all the fluids. These cars last a long time as long as there is some attempt at maintenance.. There really arent a lot of issues outside of the coil packs, which it appears the owner is addressing now. you'll probably see knock sensor issues which is typical on most nissans from 1990 on.. The good thing about that is it does not hinder the way the car drives so you can get to it whenever you want...

So you don't care about the suspension condition, cause there are not alot of choices. There is a coilover available but people have bagged these. Overall this is a great car, I love my 97 for 10+ years now.

well the car will be coming with oem struts on tein springs. how are gas mileage on these cars? 16/22 city/highway? im just scared at 170k, something serious will break down on me while im cruising, while in my lex, i feel more relaxed haha. maybe cus all i heard from the forums was the ignition coils and knock sensors going back ...
