A-Pillar trim removal (Coupe)

Does anyone know what is involved in removing this piece? Is it stickied on, snaps/posts, etc., specialty tool required, how effed-up does it look once it is back on...

My dimming mirror w/homelink is scheduled to arrive Fri, I'm taking the car in Sat a.m. for unrelated work but if this trim piece is a PITA I would have dealer do it at the same time.

Check the FSM here:

http://www.nicoclub.com/FSM/Altima/2008/

Go to "INT" for interior. You should find something pertaining to removal in there.
