A note to the veteran posters.

First, i am not posting this because i feel this is a problem, but just something that I feel needs to be addressed.....

We have had a slightly bigger influx of newer members, and on NICO we strive for a family atmosphere.... I am simply asking that for veteran posters that you do not troll or flame in newer members threads, or simply ask them to search without any sort of guidance... If you do not have anything constructive to add, please do not post... If you are willing to help out, please do so...

Like I said, i dont feel like this is a big problem, but i do not want it to become a big problem.. If the poster gives a reasonable attempt at trying to figure things out, then I would appreciate at least a tidbit of guidance, even something as simple as telling them how to search (search posts, not just thread titles, as well as archived posts) and various search terms!!!
