A/M-T KA24DE - Am I missing something?

Did a bit of searching before posting this, but I just want to verify this.

I'm planning on putting a new KA24DE into one of my S14s with an Auto trans. I can find a KA24DE previously mated to a M/T much easier than an A/T (which is what is in the chassis now). Is the only difference on the motor the pilot bushing?
