a lots of quiestions and trubles whith my ka24de

i have a 90 240sx an i did a swap to a ka24de I put the single cam piston in the ka24de and had it made a 90mm the cars start well but when i put the gas on it the car start to faill thats one of the problems , the other one its with the battery if i put the swith on nothing of the car will turn on the cluster turns on when i turn the car on and rev it up to 3 to 4 rpm everithing start working , but after some time the baterry dies completly and the alternator its good . pliss let me know and other recomendations for the car !! thanks

how much whp i can get put of my 240sx i have the single cam piston a 4-1 header, sr20 injector , fuel regulator , intake and some work on the head block ....
