That's cool as hell!!!

I remember when I stumbled across NICO before it switched to vBulletin. I spent a lot of time on 240sx.org... and then we got swollowed whole by the beast that is NICO!!!!! Man... the old forum layout (pre-vBulliten) seems so antiquiated now.

Yeah, those links to NICO's past aren't actually all that old. We had an even older design. Those were all within the last 2 1/2 to 3 years.

If rex called you in 98, it was unrelated to NICO. Unless it was because he was tossing around the idea. NICO started in 2000. I became a member in 2000, but didn't actually meet rex until 2001.

this is how nico started.at that time it was just nissan infiniti owners club.at that time there were 2 cars in thye readers ride section,an old datsun and a g20,then rexs car.with everone jumping all about.those are the roots.at that time i wanted to spend 25-30,000 on my car in extras.i was just a little faster than brm.buy the time they wanted to do my coilovers i was already a step ahead.or i would of had brm make them.hands down

I had been around on 240sx.org for a long time, then went to nothing but NICO, I guess when the vbulletin started. Seems like such a long time ago. Man I remember those small Bowling Green meets we had with nothing but like 10 moderators from louisville, and me and redrocket and cnichols. haha, good ole days.

When I became a moderator, there were only 3 moderators on NICO. That was because our server company only allowed 3 moderators for the entire site (that was when we ran UBB forums).

If I remember right, it was me, Phil (garak), and Rex. Phil I believe got replaced by Fred.
