This was done live on Pioneer CDJ 350's, and a Pioneer DJM 700 and recorded through an Avid Mbox 3 Pro into Ableton 8.

Thanks man glad you like it. My cousin brought over his pioneers and I was like why not record a mix? This was the result.

And Looney I haven't even been able to go to the gym for the last month I injured myself doing a 560lb leg press. That may not be a lot but I weigh 218 and was barely pressing 300lbs 2 months ago. I was trying to hit 600 regularly before winter got here but thats definitely on the backburner now. It sucks.

You injured yourself how? Connective tissue, cartilage, muscle? Slow gains are your key to prevent injury. For running, they say increase your distance no more than 10%/wk and when weight lifting, it's best to stay with high rep/low weight sets for at least a month. 1 or even 2 rep maxes should be avoided for many months or indefinitely if you're not power lifting as a sport. For casual lifting just for good health, sets of 4reps should be the most weight you do.

Injured the muscle. I play 14 hours a week of basketball and was increasing my jump/vertical. I went from not touching backboard to touching the rim. Was doing heavy weights cause I saw the quickest gains from that.

From now on though its going to be a lot of low rep low weights.

Just go easy and you'll be fine. Take care of that muscle and work up to higher weight slowly and you'll be fine. Oh downloading now.
