I hate Maaco and will never use them. They did a nice job with the paint on my father's truck, but they were very messy and got paint everywhere. All the rubber gaskets were sprinkled with white, there was paint on one tire (not that it matters much since they were old...but what if they were new!!), and both windshield wipers were partially white as well. My dad is fine with it, as it is his work/fishing truck, but if that was my infiniti or my 240 I'd be all sorts of upset.

Aye don't even think about maaco man. Your paint is fine. Put a rear emblem back on I don't like the holes!

Also, don't leave your jackstands on the rocker panels/fender! your car must be crying. move those to the front frame rails.

If you want I can do a write up. Geeze no wonder people die working on their cars... At the very least look at the owners manual or something for guidance in this jack stand issue...

haha i hope that never happens to me! but i dont think that putting jackstands on the frame rails would be a good idea, they bend an kink real easy. as you said on the 240sx fsm there are diagrams that show you where to correctly position your jack stand so you dont go screwing up your frame rails. fraim rails are a no no.

hey tan whered u get ur hids..where and how much?

if your doin wheels go 9.5 rear 8.5 front.. then the 35 offset will be alright because theyll be pretty flush.

and on the paintjob.... maaco isnt the place to go if you want ur car to look good at all.. i mean if you want it to look alright for a couple months sure but one year and your fading or peeling lol.

come up to some meets sumtime or get on dallasimports.net i never see u on there.

Don't throw out that c-pillar bar yet! I ordered one for an s13 a while back, but it was too long. I went back and tried the civic c-pillar bar and it fit perfect.

+1 say no to proposition maaco

And I'll take that s13 rear strutbar if the first guys doesn't want it.

Maaco is garbage. You're better off painting it yourself, whether it be rolled with thinned out rustoleum or buying a cheap gun and learning about dual stage.

I figured it out and now they work lolit turns out that I have to have my dimmer connected in order for the cluster lights to work and I have to have my hazard switch connected too for my blinkers to work
