A little teaser of my s14 sr20det i finally received this last monday .

Well Ive been working and working on the valve cover at work on my breaks.But japan star gets a 5 stars for a dam clean engine all the hoses have no known weather cracking .That i have been able to find the cams are clean as a whistle and have no noticeable marks from them being ran (very new looking ). The only prob i have had so far is the iacv is broke and my coil pack cover was broken also. I just sent them an email about it. I still haven't had the time (been working )to check the turbo and remove the transmission and get this engine on the stand (so i can check the bottom end , i will continue to give up dates as i reach further into this engine and see how it ticks a nit pick everything . Ive just been to busy to give it the attention it deserves . But enough rambling here is some piks .I'm not done with the valve cover Ive only spent around 4 hours working on it .

Bleh i need to take better pics ,i found a problem the turbo has sludge coming out the intake and has about a 1/4 inch shaft play my guess seals blew .So ill be sending it back to then for a replacement ,with the iacv.
