First, I'm not really sure why that would make someone interested in the iNA-W900. I don't hold any advertising degrees, so maybe it was just lost on me. Then again, I also look hard at features when making those kinds of purchases. The deck wasn't on screen long enough to highlight any of its features. If they had a camera placed showing the dash longer, it could've demonstrated the ease of use of the unit. What about the start-up time? That is a quick booting head unit. There are so many little things like that the W900 is excellent for, but none of them were showcased in the video.

Are you referring to the W900 in the video, or a different Alpine deck? Honestly, I've owned a few Alpine head units in my life (I am a gadget whore) and some of them have not been so stellar. Currently, I've got an older double din model (the W205) and I probably wouldn't have bought it if not for the Alpine audio processor (the H701 - which they oddly stopped producing, WTF?). In fact, when recommending head units to members here, I generally directed them towards Kenwoods since they performed at a higher level than any of the Alpine decks on the market.
Having said that, I was interested in the W900 when it was first announced. I finally got my chance to play with one last weekend when I installed one for my friend in her Jeep (thank you again Broadfield for hooking me up). This unit is a HUGE upgrade from some of the previous generation Alpines. I don't know that I could recommend it strongly enough. If I had the money, I would be swapping mine out right now. For the higher-end users, the W900 will play well with the audio processor which would give me all the tuning options I want. But my friend is also very pleased with it. She does not have a full-blown system like I do, and she still loves the functionality of the device. For the money, I don't think you can get a better deck (if you throw in the Bluetooth adapter and a backup camera, it has absolutely everything most people would ever need).
If you were thinking about the W900, Greg, I say definitely go for it. You will not be disappointed.
