A little play in rear wheels

Hey I noticed that when I shake my back right wheel I can feel it rocking and can hear that some thing is loose. I took off the wheel and I can rock the brake rotor. I think it could be the wheel bearing because nothing else is loose and the clicking sound comes from around that location. I tried tightening my wheel and it didn't help. So I was wondering is it my wheel bearing, if so how hard and how much is it to fix and if not what could it be and is it fixable.

rear wheel bearings are 120 per I think.

They're fairly easy to do.

its like... 4 bolts and an axle nut.

120 bucks per wheel bearing!? so much for doing all four
