A little oil help please!!!

I recently got my motor, and went through it checking things... Its very clean and Im going to be running synthetics through it . As of now im using Mobil 1 10-30 for the first few hundred miles while im breaking in the clutch so no hard starts or full boost pulls. Well my question is that would it be wise to switch either to Motul 300v 5-40 or to golden Spectro (supreme syn.) 5-40? These are both motorcycle oils but they say they are good for all 4-cyl. gas engines... I was considering using the Mobil 1 truck-suv 5-40 heavy duty formula. Which would be the best to use? Also does any one know the Amsoil filter that can be used on the CA? thanks -Jake

I've used Mobil1 10w-30 in every car I've owned.

I have used Mobile 1 10-W30 on my CA's for the last 11 years, The abuse that I put my engines through, I would be certain that I would have done some damage if I weren't using Mobile 1, It has proven to me that it actually work and it works very well. stick with mobile 1, and I suggest 10-w30

Mobil1 here as well, except with the Texas heat, I run 15W-50.

personally i think that some amsoil oil would go great with the amsoil filter. i've always run amsoil and i couldn't be happier.

i use mobil 1 oil 10-30w in the winter and here in alabama it gets out so i use 40 and i like the k&n filters.

I also use the 10w 30 amsoil. It's great stuff. I'm using it with a mobil 1 filter.
