I don't know if you all were aware of this, but there is a specific installation procedure for this sensor. So before you run out and by a new TPS due to bad voltage do this little test. Step 1: Remove sensorStep 2: Turn sensor so plug is facing straight up.Step 3: Install sensor in the above position, and then turn 90 degree's so sensor is pointing to the front of the vehicle.Step 4: Install screws and adjust voltage.
Apparently this process is described in detail in the JDM service manual but not in the Euro manual that we see. Setting the sensor up in step 2 sets the key on the throttle body actuator properly.
