A Little Help with internals!

hey guys.... i wanna do an over haul on my ka24de so i can prep it for a turbo some time in the furture.. so im looking for help on any internals that would be good for this.. so far i have got it down to je pistons with a Compression ratio of ither 9:0:1 or 11:0:1 ( but i wanna try nd keep the bore at 89mm) as far as rods Eagle connecting rods, cams??? i could use some help.., and valves i could use some help too.. so if u can hlep me out that would be great thanks guys!!
