Ok so I just got done using wheelmasters fitment calculator and i am still a little skeptical on the fitment. The setup is as follows:

S13 w/ 1.75 dropI was considering buying: sportmax 006 18x8.5+35 in the front w/ 245/35/18 " " 18x9.5+35 in the rear w/ 265/35/18

with the +35 offset will i need spacers on the rear? The front should be ok zerothread/310541I just got done reading this thread, a member has the same tire size, rim width but does not state offset please help

^ yeah he does.

anyways... its pretty sketchy up front. If it doesnt clear suspension up front, its gonna be hella close. Aim for something in the +20 or less

OOPS...reading too fast.

My only thing is it has to look good and be under a grand and be 9" minimum in the rear. I don't really want to do a 5 lug conversion for at least the next year, my money is going to more important stuff on the car. And if I like the rims enough I would keep them. I am open to suggestions.

I also found Eagle Alloys 168...they are sweet looking 5 star, chrome, w/ a real nice lip, 18x9.5+23, but make sportmax feel light. They weigh in at 26lbs and are expensive...$1500 shipped. Is that brand any good?

jeez... lol...

dude, there are tons, well, maybe not tons, but theres a lot of wheel makes out there in the sub 1 grand category. For example... Fn's by 5zigen has a 4x114.3 17x9+20 that can be had for under a grand I think. Also, check out sites like Rbmotoring.com for used wheels.

Yeah I've seen the fn's, but every body has them. On the other hand there aren't many 240's in my area. I found tons for the 5 lug i guess the 4 lug doesn't get much love. Thanks for the link I will check it out. Well the sight didn't have any rims in widths i liked,....but those S15 seats would look pimp in my coupe!
