A little help with cold pipe

i have a 96 240sx with an s14 notch top sr20det. i had blitz piping on it before without this tube coming out of it (it will become apparent in a minute what exactly am i talking about) but i have no idea where this is supposed to connect to. if someone can provide me with some pictures on exactly what connects to this and what size the hose is i would appreciate it. (see picture red circle)

P.S. i know someone is going to say search or etc but i searched s14 vaccum lines s14 cold pipe s14 sr cold pipe ETC ETC you get the idea. maybe i just suck at searching.

still need the help. the IACV hose doesnt fit so i have to make the hose bigger but i still need to know about the second picture to where am i supposed to connect it to....if anyone has these same pipes just please take a picture and let me know where they go. i would appreciate it.
