Haha! I did the same thing. Had my car up on my buddys lift and climbed up into the car to do it. It sounds so angry!

So question to those who have installed y-pipes. My exhaust was perfectly level on both sides and perfectly flush with the diffuser before installing the y-pipe. Now the right exhaust pipe is sitting lower and the left is sitting higher. Does the system just need to be fiddled with? My friend observed that the y-pipe is a hair shorter than the stock one. Anyone else experience this?

Just need to fiddle with it a bit. Connection from the mid and/or axle back is in the same place. Check the hangers on the exhaust and make sure they arent pushed.
